In the last month i’ve been reading as many comments as I could get to in response to the conversations we’ve been having.
Conversations about trust, awareness, the changes that happen as we grow and the fact that these changes often come with hurdles that more often than not, don’t resolve themselves neatly. But rather stay in our bodies unbeknown to us until some moment of reckoning announces them.
I think we are in that moment and most of the comments indicate to me that yes, we are ready to start having these conversations. And because we have created this momentum together, i listened to your requests for a more intentional space and created this room for us to further unpack life.

I must clarify that I dont have all the answers and so this is not a platform, a programme or therapy but rather just a little room for us to hold space for one another. To connect, meet like-minded beings and educate one another with the sole purpose of encouraging and over coming the hurdles of our past and present day.
In this private space we can speak honestly, reflect, and sit with things a little longer.
No pressure to perform.
No expectation to have answers.
No need to carry what is not yours to carry.
This ROOM will take place as a live session, and I’ll be keeping it intentionally small in size to protect the space and the energy within it.
The other thing I thought long and hard about was whether or not it should have an access contribution and this is actually what delayed me for so long in setting up the space. I decided to go ahead and apply a small contribution of R99 to keep all of us accountable and indicative of our commitment to ourselves and the ROOM.
I hope it will be understood that this contribution is not placed as a barrier but a way to hold the room and all in it with regard, intention and respect.
